 American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA)

Established in 1917, AAAA is the national trade organization representing the advertising agency business. It is a management-oriented organization, offering its members the broadest feasible depth of information regarding the operation of advertising agencies, encompassing management, media, print and broadcast production, secondary research on advertising and marketing, international advertising and much more.

Advertising Research Foundation (ARF)

Founded in 1936 by the Association of National Advertisers and the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) is a nonprofit corporate membership association which is today the preeminent professional organization in the field of advertising, marketing and media research. Its combined membership represents more than 400 advertisers, advertising agencies, research firms, media companies, educational institutions and international organizations. The principal mission of the ARF is to improve the practice of advertising, marketing and media research in pursuit of more effective marketing and advertising communications.

 

Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)

The ASA was set up in 1962 to make sure that non-broadcast advertisements appearing in the UK are legal, decent, honest and truthful. The Authority protects the public by ensuring that the rules in the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion are followed by everyone who prepares and publishes advertisements. The ASA aims to promote the highest standards in advertising.

Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada

The Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC) promotes and represents the out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry. OMAC serves as a central resource for information on out-of-home advertising including products, networks, creative and research

The Traffic Audit Bureau for Media Measurement (TAB)

Tab's primary role is to authenticate the circulation data of Out-of-Home media. In doing so, it seeks to inform and educate the advertising community regarding the quantitative and qualitative value of Out-of-Home media, accommodating new forms as they develop without compromising standards of integrity.
