What are the system requirements? |

The system requirements for using bManage are very simple. You can work on either a Mac or PC platform, and all you need is an Internet browser. To get the best experience we recommend running Windows 98 or higher.

What are the fees to join BillboardPlanet? |

There are various user levels when joining the BillboardPlanet network.
For billboard owners we have bManage, the Ultimate Billboard Management System. This product is available in three versions – Standard, Gold, and Platinum. Please contact BillboardPlanet for a quote based on your volume.
For buyers of billboard’s (Ad agencies, Media buyers, etc.) joining the BillboardPlanet network is basically free, except for a few specialized demographic reports available for purchase. The product available to buyers of billboards is called bSelect, which will allow the media buyer to simply put together a buy campaign.

| What is the Tracking Number field used for? |

Tracking Number’s are used to allow approved outside organizations to update their portions of submitting or receiving a design/print. The tracking number is created by the billboard owner and sent to the respective organization. This process is completely secure and the billboard owners’ system security is never jeopardized.

| What is the Billboard ID field used for? |

When a billboard owner puts their inventory on the BillboardPlanet system, each billboard face will be assigned a unique ID known as the BillboardPlanet ID (BP ID). If this BP ID is entered into the Billboard ID field the user can view and/or print the electronic fact sheet
(e-Profile) of the particular billboard face.
This tool can serve as an excellent marketing tool for the billboard owner, and allows ad agencies quick access to the details of a billboard face. To view the
e-Profile a password is not required, only the appropriate BP ID.

| Can I prepare color fact sheets? |

The bManage product gives you access to the best and most professional looking fact sheets available. The fact sheets have been designed with full color capabilities, and all you need to print out these fact sheets is a standard printer. If you have access to a color printer, then you can print out the fact sheets in full color.

| Can I start using the system right after I register? |

There are some basic services that will be available to you right away. However to maintain the integrity of the overall system, some data about your organization have to be verified. This is a quick process, and you will be contacted shortly after your registration.

| Who can join
BillboardPlanet? |
|

The BillboardPlanet network is open to anyone associated with the billboard industry. There are three types of user accounts available in the system:
Individual – Any individual associated with the billboard industry that would like to have access to billboards across the country, and join in on industry related discussion forums.
Billboard Owner – Any billboard owner that would like to use bManage – The Ultimate Billboard Management System. The inventory may also be marketed to buyers across the country.
Ad Agency – Any media buyer that would like to put together buy campaigns for their clients.
