Sasan Shariaty
Sasan Shariaty is one of the Principals and founders of BillboardPlanet.
An insider to the billboard industry, with years of experience in all
aspects of Out- of-Home and billboard related activities. These include
promotional campaigns, sales, large format printing, and sign installation.
Sasan received his engineering degree from Concordia University in Montreal,
Canada. Fluent in Spanish, Sasan has lived and/or worked in various other
countries including Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Chile,
and Canada.
Having worked with many clients in China, the Middle East, and Latin America,
he is a proven top performer in sales and management with an ability to
solve difficult situations with diplomacy, tact, and discretion.
Being a highly capable strategic thinker and team player with strong tactical
implementation capabilities, Sasan's responsibilities have included development
of web site design, implementation of the marketing plan, and development
of operational procedures.
Coming from a Civil engineering background and having worked as Senior
Project Manager for Obelisk Construction, Vice President of International
sales for Vector trade International, Vice President of Cancorp S.A.,
and Principal/ Vice President of Airbrush Chile Ltda., Sasan brings on
board various sets of skills in management, account acquisition, market
research, competitive analysis, lead generation, product introduction,
demand forecasting, and contract negotiation.
Sasan's interests are soccer, sailing, skiing and scuba diving.
